- Expect more from yourself – If you set the bar pretty high for yourself when it comes to being more positive in this life then having high expectations can only be seen as a very positive thing. If you find yourself drifting into negativity then you need to pull yourself out of it immediately and start working on your positivity. You only get one chance at this life and so it makes absolutely no sense at all that you would want to go through it worrying about everything and anything.
