Deleting emails individually can be a time-consuming task, but fear not! In this comprehensive guide, we’ll explore various methods for deleting all emails at once across different platforms and devices, saving you time and effort.

Gmail:

  • Open Gmail in your web browser.
  • In the search bar, type “in:anywhere” to select all emails.
  • Click the checkbox at the top left to select all emails on the current page.
  • If you have more than one page of emails, Gmail will prompt you to select all conversations.
  • Once all emails are selected, click the “Delete” button to move them to the Trash folder.
  • To permanently delete the emails, go to the Trash folder and click “Empty Trash now.”

Outlook/Hotmail:

  • Sign in to your Outlook/Hotmail account.
  • Select the first email in your inbox.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of your inbox while holding down the Shift key.
  • Click on the last email to select all emails in between.
  • Right-click on any of the selected emails and choose “Delete.”
  • Confirm the deletion by clicking “Yes.”

Yahoo Mail:

  • Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
  • Click on the checkbox at the top of your inbox to select all emails on the current page.
  • If you have multiple pages of emails, click on “Select all [number] conversations in [folder].”
  • Once all emails are selected, click on the “Delete” button.
  • Confirm the deletion by clicking “OK.”

iPhone/iPad (iOS Mail App):

  • Open the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Go to your inbox and tap “Edit” in the top right corner.
  • Tap the circle icon next to the first email to select it.

  • Tap “Trash” to delete all selected emails.

Android (Gmail App):

  • Open the Gmail app on your Android device.
