Navigate to Slide Sorter View:

  1. Click on the “View” menu at the top of the screen and select “Slide Sorter” from the dropdown menu. This view displays all your slides in thumbnail form, making it easy to select and delete slides.

Select Slides to Delete:

  1. Scroll through the slide thumbnails and click on the slide you want to delete to select it. You can select multiple slides by holding down the “Ctrl” key (Windows) or the “Command” key (Mac) while clicking on each slide.

Delete Selected Slides:

  1. Once you’ve selected the slides you want to delete, right-click on any of the selected slides and choose “Delete” from the context menu. Alternatively, you can press the “Delete” key on your keyboard to remove the selected slides.

Confirm Deletion:
